Workally grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the EULA.

The Software is provided for free for personal, educational, and commercial use. You agree not to exploit the Software in any unauthorized way, including but not limited to trespass or burdening network capacity.
4. Intellectual Property
The Software, including all design, text, graphics, and interfaces, is the property of Workally and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. Workally does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
